Established in 1977, Professional Appraisal Associates® (PAA®) is a federally registered professional corporation which currently covers the entire state of New Jersey. PAA® was formed to respond to the needs of the general public and financial institutions who were beginning to appreciate the value of a truly independent group of professionals who could apply their areas of expertise in rendering objective opinions of value.
